We're pleased to present to you this year's Annual Drinking Water Quality Report . This report is designed to inform you about the quality water and services we deliver to you every day. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. We want you to understand the efforts we make.

Benton County Water District #1 was incorporated July 20th, 1970 as a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation under the provisions of Chapter 19, Title 64, Act 176, 1963, Revised Statutes of Arkansas. The period of existence of this corporation is perpetual. The purpose for which, or for any of which, this corporation is formed are to associate its members together for their mutual benefit and for the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining a rural water distribution system for the supplying of potable water to its members.

8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday - Except for Holidays.

Closed for Lunch 12:00 - 12:30

• February 19th - President's Day
• March 29th - Good Friday
• May 27th - Memorial Day
• July 4th - Indepence Day
• September 2nd - Labor Day
• November 28th & November 29th Thanksgiving
• December 24th thru December 26th - Christmas

Please note: January's Meeting will be held January 17th, 2024 @ 6:00 p.m.

Regular Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6 :00 PM.

Annual Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of June of each year at 6 :00 PM.

All meetings are held at the water office .
