I offer comprehensive, skill-intensive training for providers who are new to the CTI model or are interested in a refresher. The participants are trained to confidently implement the critical time intervention model in their programs with a complete set of service documents tailored according to their organizational requirements.

This live online course is 3 hours per session for three days (usually one day per week) with the structure made flexible to accommodate your organization’s needs. The content is presented or delivered through PowerPoint presentations, break-out group discussions, and case analysis with time reserved for questions and answers. Scheduled pre-training meetings will ensured that training and documentation are customized for your organization. Two post-training consultations to assist with implementation planning are included in the training fee.

This is an advanced course designed for providers already trained in the basic CTI model. Large organizations who wish for their own in-house trainers or who experience rapid staff turnover would benefit from CTI Train the Trainer.
